Information about delivery of physical materials, certificates, and merchandise (if applicable).
Last updated: January 2025
First Aid For All primarily delivers training and certification services. Where we ship physical items—such as course materials, certificates, first aid kits, or merchandise—this Shipping Policy outlines how we handle delivery, timelines, and related terms. For digital certificates or e-materials, delivery is via email or download as per the course terms.
We may ship the following, depending on the course or product:
We currently ship within India. Delivery to addresses outside India may be arranged on request and may involve additional charges and longer delivery times. We will confirm availability and cost before processing such orders.
Estimated delivery times (from dispatch):
These are indicative only. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. weather, logistics, or customs). We will endeavour to keep you informed if there is a significant delay.
Shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout or communicated at the time of order. Some items (e.g. certificates sent by standard post) may be included in the course fee. For paid shipping, we use reliable courier partners and may offer standard and express options where available.
Where we use a courier service that provides tracking, we will share the tracking number and link with you via email or SMS. You can use this to track your shipment. For postal mail, tracking may not be available; delivery is typically within the timeframes stated above.
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address provided by you. If a shipment is returned to us due to wrong address or non-availability at the address, we may contact you to arrange re-dispatch; additional shipping charges may apply.
If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order reference and, if possible, photos of the damaged item. We will investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Refund Policy. We may require you to cooperate with the courier for any claim they process.
Where we deliver certificates or materials digitally (e.g. by email or download link), delivery is considered complete when the email is sent or the link is made available. You are responsible for ensuring your email address is correct and for checking spam/junk folders. Links may have a validity period; we will communicate this where applicable.
For questions about shipping or to update your delivery address, contact us at ceo@saintcouncil.co.in or through our Contact Us page. Please quote your order or enrolment reference.
