Refund Policy

1. Overview

First Aid For All is committed to fair and transparent refund practices. This Refund Policy explains when and how we process refunds for course fees, certifications, and related payments. Please read this policy before enrolling or making a payment. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms set out below.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

• Cancellation by you: If you cancel your enrolment before the course start date, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund as per the timelines below.
• Cancellation by us: If we cancel or reschedule a course, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another batch at no extra cost.
• Non-attendance: If you do not attend the course without prior notice, no refund will be provided.
• Duplicate or erroneous payment: If you have been charged twice or in error, we will process a full refund upon verification.

3. Refund Timelines and Amounts

The amount of refund depends on when you request cancellation:

• More than 14 days before course start: Full refund minus any non-refundable administrative or material charges (if applicable).
• 7 to 14 days before course start: 75% refund of the course fee.
• 3 to 7 days before course start: 50% refund of the course fee.
• Less than 3 days before course start or after course has started: No refund. In exceptional cases (e.g. medical emergency), we may consider a partial refund or credit toward a future course at our discretion.

Certification or registration fees paid to external bodies (e.g. certification authorities) are generally non-refundable once the registration has been submitted. We will inform you of such charges at the time of booking where applicable.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

• Send an email to ceo@saintcouncil.co.in with the subject "Refund Request" and include your full name, course name, batch/date, transaction reference, and reason for cancellation.
• Alternatively, contact us via the Contact Us page or phone and provide the same details.
• We will acknowledge your request within 2–3 business days and process eligible refunds within 7–14 business days from the date of approval.

Refunds will be credited to the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. For bank transfers, please ensure your bank details are correct to avoid delays.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally non-refundable: (a) fees paid to external certification or registration bodies once the registration has been submitted; (b) course materials or kits that have been dispatched or used; (c) administrative or processing fees if explicitly stated at the time of booking; (d) donations made through our website or otherwise.

6. Transfer to Another Batch

Instead of a refund, you may request to transfer your enrolment to another batch of the same course, subject to availability. One free transfer may be allowed if the request is made at least 7 days before the original course start date. Subsequent transfers or requests made closer to the start date may attract a nominal fee or be subject to availability.

7. Disputes and Grievances

If you are not satisfied with our refund decision, you may write to us with full details. We will review your case and respond within a reasonable time. Our decision in good faith shall be final, subject to applicable law.
